As all Harmony J products are handmade and custom-made to order, please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to contact us regarding a return request.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
Custom-Made Products
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection (for example purchasing a bassinet liner instead of a pram liner)
- Incorrect pram or bassinet model selected at checkout
- Preference changes after ordering
- Orders placed without reviewing the product description, sizing information or confirmation email
- Colour, fabric or print dissatisfaction, including variations caused by individual screen, monitor or device display settings - we do our best to accurately portray our fabrics and colours as true-to-life as possible across our website and social media, colours may appear differently across screens, devices, lighting conditions and editing styles. This is especially common in customer photos and user-generated content. Minor variations between on-screen images and the final printed fabric are not considered faults.
Customers receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully.
Guaranteed Fit Policy
Harmony J guarantees fit for prams and bassinets when the correct model is selected at checkout and the information provided by the customer is accurate.
As our products are custom-made specifically for your selected pram or bassinet model:
- Products cannot be returned due to fit preference or expected appearance
- Minor variations in fit, padding, shape or fabric placement are not considered faults
- We do not accept returns for “not fitting how expected” where the correct model was made as ordered
If you believe your item has been made incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue.
Print & Colour Variations
While we do our best to maintain consistency across our fabrics, slight colour or print variations can occur between production runs.
If matching items or accessories are purchased at separate times, Harmony J cannot guarantee an exact colour or print match between orders. Variations between print runs are not considered faults and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days1of receiving your order.
Where a genuine fault is identified, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Items must be unused and in original condition unless the fault prevents use.
Sale Items
Sale items, clearance items and custom promotional orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
